Our ratios comply with the regulations provided by the BC ECE Registry and approved room capacity licensing standards by Vancouver Coastal Health.
For the Infant & Toddler Room - 1:4 and we are licensed to care for maximum of 12 children.
For the Preschool Room - 1:8 and we are licensed to care for maximum of 25 children.
At our daycare, we ask parents to provide meals to ensure safety, respect cultural diversity, and keep costs affordable. This approach helps us accommodate dietary restrictions, prevent food allergies, and honor personal preferences, while avoiding higher fees for families.
Infant & Toddler Room: Opens at 8:00 AM.
Preschool Room: Opens at 7:45 AM.
Special Exception: Families with children enrolled in both rooms may drop off both children at 7:45 AM.
Our facility promptly closes at 5:00 PM. For instances of pick-ups later than 5:00 PM, a late fee will be due and is expected to be paid the morning after.
Our late pick-up fee is charged at $25.00 per 15 minutes interval.
To reserve a spot for your child, please complete the registration form (available for download under the Registration tab on our website) and submit it along with the required non-refundable deposit amount applicable.
All of our communication and updates are done through the Seesaw App that would be provided after the registration has been finalized.
Yes, we do. All of our statutory holidays and closures will be provided ahead of time for the following year.
We will notify the parents immediately; either through the Seesaw App or with a phone call and request pick-up within 30 minutes. You can refer to our Illness Policies available to download on our website for further information.
Fees are due on every 1st day of the month, including the fees for Soccer and Taekwondo (if applicable).
We recommend planning your child's drop-off for the day no later than 09:30 AM. This ensures that their daycare routine is systematic and undisrupted.
No. The tuition covers your child's reserved spot, regardless of attendance.
Our approach to discipline focuses on positive reinforcement and redirection to guide and encourage appropriate behavior. Under no circumstances will our educators use corporal punishment or any inappropriate disciplinary methods to address undesirable behavior.
